Mathematics<\/strong> is a one-week program which will offer introductory courses covering topics underlying the modern understanding of D-branes in string theory and their incarnations in mathematics.<\/p>\n<p>The school is organized by PhD students at Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin with the support of the KMPB (Kolleg Mathematik Physik Berlin), an interdisciplinary center at HU whose community of research groups shares a mutual interest in mathematics and physics.<\/p>\n<p>In the spirit of the KMPB, the school aims at generating synergies between mathematicians and physicists and welcomes early career researchers (PhDs\/PostDocs) in both fields.<\/p>\n<p>The program consists of the following six-hour mini-courses:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Swampland Program<\/strong> by Matilda Delgado (MPP &amp;
